The rare sight of snow rollers was spotted in several Michigan neighborhoods. This phenomenon happens when gusty winds pickup a small amount of wet snow and start pushing it forward. As it rolls over and over, it gets that layered look. Has to be the perfect wind speed, direction, and snow texture.
